Permitting

Breaker RockWhile the design of coastal projects may be challenging, obtaining permits from the various agencies having jurisdiction over your project site can seem an insurmountable task.  BlueShore Engineering has brought many projects through the morass of regulatory process from concept through construction.

We have the experience and working relationships with:

  • New York Department of Environmental Conservation
  • The United States Army Corps of Engineers
  • The National Marine Fisheries Service
  • The New York Department of State Division of Coastal Resources.
  • The New York City Department of Buildings
